Princess Polly Best-Sellers Are Now Available At Pacsun & I Got To Style My Favorites
The first installment of my "Dressing Up" series.
Fashion trends from the 2000s aren’t in the midst of a resurgence.
They’re fully revived.
Naturally, this means the clothing brands responsible for our grunge/goth/skater/hipster/indie eras are making a conscious effort to make their comeback, too.
And Pacsun has entered the chat.
If you haven’t shopped at Pacsun since the early aughts, now’s the time to revisit the shop because they’re catering to a wider demographic these days.
While best known for its skater/surfer aesthetic, the laidback lifestyle retailer is expanding into on-trend fashion in partnership with Princess Polly, marking the latter’s first foray into the wholesale market.
The partnership was announced on March 9th and is an ongoing collaboration. Best-sellers from Princess Polly will be available in-store and online via Pacsun, offering fans of the fast-but-sustainable-fashion brand physical access to some of its most sought-out pieces.
Now, I know what you might be thinking: Isn’t Princess Polly a popular label amongst Gen-Z?
Yes, it is.
HOWEVER.
Millennials dig the designs, too, and I think I can speak for the whole of our generation when I say we can definitely get behind the brand’s sustainability practices.
For example, the Australian-based shop has made it its mission to use low-impact materials. Currently, 20% of its styles are sustainably made, and it’s on track to reach at least 60% by 2025, and 100% as soon as possible from there.
The brand also produces products on a short-lead timeline of 3-6 weeks, meaning its offerings are manufactured in small batches, based on customer demand, resulting in less environmental waste.
Its ethical practices are also top-notch. Factory workers are continuously being surveyed about their experiences to ensure the environment is safe and fair, women are well-represented in the company, and there is zero tolerance for forced and child labor.
The partnership is one you can feel good supporting, and I have to say, once you see some of these pieces, you’ll be even more inclined to press that "add to cart” button.
At the time of publication, there are 47 Princess Polly best-sellers available for purchase on the Pacsun website, with the promise of more to come in the months ahead.
To celebrate the partnership, and share the good news, I was generously gifted pieces from the collection. Ahead, I’m sharing four of my favorite offerings, and how I’d style them with other pieces in my closet.
***This post is not sponsored, nor am I being paid to write about the products mentioned. The products listed ahead were generously gifted to me in PR.***

I adore a delicate floral print, so it was love at first sight when I laid eyes on the Nellie Mini Dress. I’m constantly on the hunt for everyday spring/summer dresses, and this piece is one I’m thrilled to add to my collection.
I also knew exactly how I wanted to style it: With my Sam Edelman white sneakers, Noiranca Miriam shoulder bag, and Bella Dahl bucket hat.
It’s made from 100% polyester, is lightweight, and isn’t restrictive. It’s cute for brunch, lunch, dinner outdoors, or even just running errands when it’s hot outside and you want something loose and airy.
2. Princess Polly Ravyn Mini Skort

Those who know me best know I’m not a skirt girlie. I rarely wear them, for no reason other than I don’t know how to style them to my liking (yet). Skorts, however, are a different story, and I was drawn to the Ravyn Mini Skort because it’s an alternative to the many stiff denim pairs I have on rotation. They’re high-rise, yes, but because they’re constructed from a combination of rayon, nylon, and spandex, they’re not at all restrictive.
I had a lot of fun pairing it with pieces in my wardrobe, and two very specific looks came to mind right off the bat. The first was an athleisure moment, with the Cuts Almost Friday Cropped Tee, a black ballcap, the Beis Sports Pack, and a pair of black and white Puma sneakers.
I went with something a little more dressed up for my second look, complete with a sweater vest I snagged from the Marshalls clearance section, a pair of black kitten heels, and a crossbody from Radley London.
3. Princess Polly Eco Holloway Wishes Mini Dress

$64, pacsun.com
Seeing as I originally coined the term “barbiecore” (proof here), the trend is near and dear to my heart, and the Echo Holloway Wishes mini just called to me. It does feature mesh fabric, but isn’t see-through, and has a sexy little back cutout that you can easily hide with a jacket if that’s not your thing.
The vibrant pink hue is electric and fun, so I had my fair share whilst styling. First, I channeled Hailey Bieber’s street style with this edgier interpretation. The slinky pink mesh was begging for a moody contrast, so I went with this oversized faux leather jacket from Rumored overtop and a pair of AllSaints combat boots for footwear. I also took direction from Ariana Grande with my half-up, half-down hairstyle.
Then, I went full Barbie. Accessories included this quilted shoulder bag from Karl Lagerfeld, chain-link gold earrings, and a pair of white stilettos with gold-embossed heels (not pictured).

Unfortunately, this LBD is selling fast, but it’s no wonder. This ruched mesh number is not only super flattering, but it’s also comfortable.
I’m sure you could style it in a myriad of ways, but it felt date-night/cocktail formal, so I styled it as such with some gold jewelry and heels. Cliche? Maybe. Chic? Always.
